Your data is always kept in accordance with the EU Data Protection Directive, as well as the recent GDPR, and they are only processed after your consent; in order to fulfil our duties to you; to carry out our program activities; or to provide you with customer service. 

According to the Data Protection Laws, at any time you may:

• Ask us, which of your personal data we are processing,
• Be further informed about the purposes and ways of processing your personal data, be given access to this data and have it changed or deleted,
• In case of suspicion about carrying out our duties concerning data privacy, turn to us or the Office for personal data protection.

During telephone or electronic communication with us, you give the company Městské Divadlo o.p.s., residing at Horní Brána 2, 381 01 Český Krumlov, ID 65 00 62 67, specifically to the division of Monasteries (Kláštery Český Krumlov, residing at Klášterní dvůr 97, 381 01 Český Krumlov – to be only called 'Monasteries'), as the personal data processor, the consent to process your personal data (Name, telephone number or e-mail address) to be used only by the Monasteries in re-contact, if one is requested by you. Your data will be kept for the period of three years at most. Your consent to process this data can be revoked at any time by request on an e-mail address haviarova.p@divadlock.cz (» LINK), informace@divadlock.cz (» LINK) or personally at the Visitor Centre of the Monasteries. 

When joining the monastery newsletter, you give the Monasteries, as the personal data processor, the consent to process your personal data (Name, e-mail address) to be used only by the Monasteries for regular monthly program mailing and the mailing of monastery news. Your data will also be kept for the period of three years at most.
